Spacious vacation home with lots of privacy, sea views, and beautiful terraces on the Costa Brava

This charming vacation home is located on a quiet road in the Rio d’Oro urbanization, about 5 kilometers from the beach. Because the plots to the left and right of the house are undeveloped, you can enjoy plenty of privacy and relax in peace.

The house has several terraces with beautiful views over the bay of Palamós and Sant Antoni de Calonge. A wonderful place to have breakfast in the sun, read a good book, or enjoy long summer evenings together.

The house can accommodate up to 7 people and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a separate toilet in the hall.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with air conditioning and an adjoining bathroom. On the first floor, there are 3 more bedrooms and a second bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet, and washbasin. This floor also has air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, combination microwave, espresso machine, and electric kettle.

Perfect location on the Costa Brava

Calonge is located a stone’s throw from the bay of Palamós and Sant Antoni de Calonge, right in the heart of the Costa Brava. The beautiful sandy beaches, clear waters, and cozy restaurants, tapas bars, and terraces make this the ideal vacation destination.

Looking for something a little livelier? Then Platja d’Aro is the place to be for a night out. With its many shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs, there is always something going on.

There is also plenty to discover in the surrounding area. A visit to the port of Palamós is definitely worthwhile, especially around 5 p.m., when the fishing boats come in and their catch is auctioned. The popular beaches of Sant Antoni de Calonge and La Platja Gran de Palamós are located along beautiful promenades with plenty of facilities.

For nature lovers and active vacationers, this location is a perfect match. Directly behind the house is the Les Gavarres nature reserve, ideal for hiking and quad biking. The routes around La Cala S’Alguer, La Fosca, and Torre Valentina are also highly recommended. From Sant Antoni de Calonge, you can walk to Platja d’Aro in about 1.5 hours via a beautiful route – and honestly, a terrace on the boulevard tastes even better after that.
