You can contact us via the contact form, email or WhatsApp. We will confirm each reservation request by means of a rental contract. After receiving the rental contract, you are required to pay 30% of the rental amount within 7 days. Your reservation is only final after we have received your deposit. The remaining rental amount must be paid into our bank account no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. For short-term reservations, you must pay the full rental amount in one go.
Yes, all properties have an official licence. This guarantees a legally compliant and secure rental process.

The description of the holiday home states whether pets are allowed. It goes without saying that pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, on beds or on furniture. Please inform us when making your reservation if you intend to bring a pet.
One day before arrival, please inform us of your expected arrival time. We will welcome you at the property at the agreed arrival time. There, we will give you a brief explanation about the property and share some useful tips about the area. When checking in, you must show your passport or identity card. The tourist tax must be paid in cash.
The day before departure, please let us know what time you would like to leave the following day. We will ensure that we are at the property at the agreed time to collect the keys and carry out the final inspection.
